 Ground dyadic steel gate adopts the latest technology, has good sealing effect, high safety factor, convenient maintenance and low cost. It is suitable for modern water conservancy projects and municipal engineering which requires landscape, such as tourist attraction, urban sewage and urban river. It operates smoothly and can be equipped with oblique screw hoist or hydraulic hoist. It has a good concealing performance and suitable for Sheung Shui from double sides. It can be on or off when large water level difference occurs. There aren’t ancillary facilities and equipment management rooms. However, it has good landscape effects. Specifications can be customized according to the requirements of orifice.

Steel dam is consisted of door leaf, embedded parts, bottom-shaft, crank arm, resting gate, hydraulic hoist and other components. 
Steel dam gates’ operation mode adopts flowing water to open and close, and it can be partially opened. There is a set of hydraulic hoist located on each side of gate. It drives shaft bottom to maintain motion and makes gate to lift, which open and close the gate. 

Main components 

Gate hinges adopt cylindrical hinge whose materials use ZG310-570, axis use 45, bushings use ZQAl9-4, and hinge bearings use joint bearings. Hinge is the center of rotation while opening and closing door leaf. Hinge fixed parts are anchored to base plates. Moving parts are connected by bolts and gate leaf structure. It withstands total water pressure, weight of gate leaflets, hoisting force and other external forces during the process of opening. They are the key parts while opening and closing gates.
支铰的最大荷载，应发生在闸门刚开启时，此时闸门承受水压力、启门力及闸门自重等外力全部由支铰承担。每孔闸门有多个支铰，根据孔口宽度经计算分布在不同位置。The maximum load of hinge should occur once gate opens. At the same time, the gate withstands water pressure. The gate power adopts double-sides hydraulic hoist device. Steel dam hydraulic hoist is horizontal hinge structure, and the hinge base inlaid with bronze base is matched with self-lubricating bearings. Rod head inlaid with bronze base is matched with self-lubricating bearings. The swing angle between joint bearing diameter and centerline is ±1°. It is to compensate mounting errors of hoist, gate and its embedded parts. Spherical plain bearings have a good seal. And one side of hoist connects with bottom-shaft crank arm. Its connecting rod drives crank arm to move so as to fulfill gate opening and closing.
