Application

Regulating weir gate is mainly used for controlling and adjusting water level and also used for water distribution, drainage and etc.
Those our company produces are divided into three categories: cast iron check gate (TY), steel straight type weir gate (TYZ), steel rotary weir gate (TYX).

Operating principle 

Type TY is made of cast iron, which has good corrosion resistance, simple structure, and low cost. We can insert copper surface on door frames to ensure better sealing effect.
Type TYZ has steel structure and seals of rubber from three sides. It is not limited to specifications and applicable to any occasions. It will prolong service life while using stainless steel.
TYX has good seal effect which almost reaches zero-leakage state. Its applicable width can be up to over 5m, but adjusting water level is generally below 800mm. 
The device particularly applies to alternate operating oxidation ditch drainage or large water distribution well. We support it with specific on-off device, and it should only be marked manually or electronically rather than selecting on-off devices.
